Paternity Testing Proves Rock is not Father
Like all celebrity stories involving paternity testing, Chris Rock’s on-going baby battles have gripped America.
It’s been in the headlines for weeks but finally the results of Chris Rock’s DNA paternity testing are out. Rock is not the father of the 13-year-old boy, despite claims by the mother that he was. The mother of the child – Kali Bowyer – has been battling to prove Rock is the father of the child for several months. She launched a paternity suit against Rock for child support from the comedian and actor, but had to pull out of the case as Rock was living in New Jersey, which was out of the court’s jurisdiction.

But Rock decided it was time to clear his name. He approached the court in Georgia to follow through with the paternity testing so that the matter could be finally resolved and his name cleared. The court ordered that DNA paternity testing was conducted and Rock is now making sure the world knows he doesn’t have a love child.
Rock Asked for Court to Conduct Paternity Tsting
Rock has been married for 11 years and the accusation had an impact on his family. But Rock released a statement after the paternity testing results saying he was pleased he had been vindicated from the allegations. Rock had felt his private life had been intruded on by the false claims about him fathering a child. A statement Rock and his wife released to the press said:
“After multiple lies, including that Chris refused to establish paternity...we personally asked the court to help us establish paternity so that we could put this harassment to rest. Last week it was concluded through DNA testing that Chris is not the father.”

The woman who claimed Chris Rock was her child’s father is a freelance journalist. She has apparently requested a second test, although the DNA paternity testing results are 99.99% positive. She also rejected suggestions that her interest in Rock was because of his Hollywood bank balance.
